We provide Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) from £195.00 plus VAT in England and Wales. In mainland Scotland prices start from £350.00 plus VAT.
The process involved in producing a non-domestic EPC is considerably more involved than their domestic equivalent. The cost of commercial EPC varies significantly depending upon the complexity of the building and the complexity of the heating, cooling and lighting systems contained within them.
Information needed to provide a quote:-
- Type of building e.g. offices, retail, warehouse, workshop
- Age of building
- Type of construction e.g. portal frame, brick/block, steel frame, concrete framed
- Approximate gross internal floor area
- Number of floors
- Approximate number of rooms
- Type of heating system and fuel
- Type of cooling system (if any)
- Type of lighting system or systems
