Improving Non-Domestic EPC Ratings (CPD)

This 6.5 hour CPD day will provide practising non-domestic energy assessors with hints and tips for improving non-domestic EPC ratings calculated for both existing and new-build structures.  Focusing on little nuggets that can make a big difference, this course will help you understand the key data inputs which, when collected, can make a significant difference to the final rating calculated for a commercial, industrial or agricultural building.

This CPD day is very practical in its outlook and SBEM will be used to show how collecting the right extra data can help gain those few extra points required to make an important difference to your EPCs.  In addition to understanding the key factors involved, you will uncover the circumstances in which the effects may be positive or negative.

During the session delegates are encouraged to share any queries they have or difficulties they have encountered.  There is also an opportunity for questions and discussions formally during the day and informally over lunch.
